If you don’t have anything good to say…..

“Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me!
While this little saying may seem to thwart a second grade bully, it is not 100% true.
One cruel word towards someone, especially a young person, has the power to drastically affect them. Your words have the power to discourage and destroy.  Most poeple do not realize just how powerful their words are.  The good news is that your words also have the power to encourage, motivate, edify, and lift someone up!  No matter who or what comes your way, be an encouraging voice.
Become an encourager, not a discouruager.  Be know as someone who lifts others up, not someone who tears them down.  people love positive people.  They are magnets to succuess and their friendship is greatly desired.  One of the smallest but most powerful things you will ever try to control on this planet is your tongue.  Use it to bring good, not evil.
